To validate a new subscriber request you need to go through the following steps:

• go to 'Components/LMFestival/People
• then select Filters->Various Filters->Requests
• then locate the person (they will probably be the only person on the list)
• click the person's check box and select 'Actions'
• then either 'Allow' (if you're happy with their request) or 'Deny
  (you need to check the person's surname within the main subscriber list to ensure that they're not already listed under a slightly different name - for example, with initials instead of forename. This is most easily done by opening a duplicate browser tab, clearing the filters and type surname into the search box )
